Pricing questions
Why is it so cheap?
Most form and email services pay for sending every message through their own servers, and charge you for it. FormSMTP sends through the SMTP account you already have, so our cost per email is close to zero. We pass that on.
What exactly is the founding member offer?
A limited-time offer: the first 2,000 accounts get 10,000 emails a month and 10 projects at $0, forever. It's applied automatically when you sign up; there's nothing to redeem. Once the 2,000 spots are taken, the offer closes for new accounts.
What counts as an email?
Each message handed to your SMTP server counts once per recipient. A form submission to you is one email; a scheduled send to 300 contacts is 300. Failed attempts and retries do not count.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
During early access, limits aren't enforced yet. When they are, you'll get a heads-up before you reach yours, and we will never delete your data or silently drop a contact form message.
Do my SMTP provider’s limits still apply?
Yes. Gmail, for example, allows around 500 messages a day on a free account. For larger volumes, connect a sending service such as Amazon SES, Brevo, Mailgun or Resend as your SMTP; FormSMTP works the same way.
When can I upgrade to Pro or Agency?

Is there a yearly discount?
