FormSMTP is a software-as-a-service product used in a web browser and through an API. We don’t sell or ship physical goods.
What you receive
A paid plan (Pro or Agency) raises the limits on your FormSMTP account for the period you paid for: one month or one year. Everything is delivered online, to the account you’re signed in to. No download, installation or physical delivery is involved.
When it is delivered
- The new plan applies as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. You see it under Plans & billing, and Razorpay emails you a receipt.
- If you buy more time while a plan is still running, the extra time is added after the current period ends; the dates are shown before you pay.
- If a confirmed payment hasn’t applied to your account within 1 hour, email us and we’ll fix it the same working day.
Where it is available
FormSMTP is available worldwide wherever our payment provider can accept your payment. There are no shipping charges, customs duties or delivery fees.
If something goes wrong
If a payment went through but the plan didn’t apply, or you were charged twice, see the cancellation & refund policy: we’ll apply the plan or refund the charge.
